When volunteering feels like running a startup on zero budget
Volunteering is more critical than ever, but in many cities the same few people carry almost all the load. In this personal reflection, I look back at more then ten years of volunteering, and now stepping down from my last roles, and reflect about almost empty volunteering fair in Schwentinental.
